Training:

We have invested in training our site staff in all aspects of safety, first aid and general deportment as a separate issue from craft skills.

There is a statutory requirement for all site operatives to have Health & Safety Awareness training for instance but we choose to widen the scope to encourage safety, tidiness, cleanliness and civility. Many Saturday mornings have been spent on such matters which shows the unusual high commitment of both staff and management.

All our training activity is recorded and available to you if required. Confirmation is visible if you visit our offices in Marlow as we proudly display our certificates and keep thorough training records for inspection.
